About Me

Hello, I’m Crystal Van Pelt, and it is my absolute pleasure to serve my communities as a Life & Accountability Coach. I lead with integrity and authenticity in life, work, love, and play—and I feel called to help others do the same.

Through many life and leadership experiences, a pattern has emerged: personal and professional growth are not separate pursuits—they are deeply interconnected. Once aligned, they create the foundation for lasting, meaningful change.

From the factory floor to the film set, my career has spanned multiple industries and regions across Canada. For me, coaching was a natural extension of successful leadership. I have always wanted to serve people in a loving way while building success. What began as an intuitive and largely unspoken part of the job, over time, became an intentional, integrated strategy at the core of my leadership style.

I believe the greatest asset of any team, company, or community is its people—and I believe in showing up for those people with compassion, truth, and accountability.

I believe that when we allow ourselves to discover who we truly are—by understanding our true wants, needs, and inner programming—we begin to gift ourselves the birthright of existing as our most authentic self, living a life of self-accountability and the fierce freedom it brings.
